Green Dragon is often compared to Green Maeng Da for their similarly concentrated alkaloid profiles. But while Green Dragon combines two or more kratom varieties that are mixed together in powder form, Green Maeng Da combines different strains through the process of grafting. Farmers took cuttings from different kratom trees, grafted them together, and cultivated them into what we know today as the Maeng Da variety. In terms of alkaloid concentration, Green Maeng Da still surpasses Green Dragon.
