Horn (or Horned) kratom is one of the few strains that isn't named after where it grows. Instead, this strain gets its name from the distinct horned leaves used to produce it. This particular variety comes from kratom trees with a distinct horned, serrated edge that are then dried and processed to make Horn kratom powder.
